Parade check-in is 11:30AM to 12:00PM in the Upper Comeau Parking lot, grass area adjacent to the Woodstock Town Clerk’s Office:

1. YOU MUST CHECK-IN with a WNYP Parader Marshall

2. There will be no early check-ins.

3. All groups must check in the day of the parade no later than 12:00 PM. Late check-ins will automatically be placed at the end of the line-up. The parade will start Approx. 1:00PM, rain or shine.

4. Your division and placement location will be given to you at check in. 

5. The parade sequence is determined in advance; all parade entrants must march in their assigned division and sequence. No group may move themselves to be beside another or to a location in the line-up other than that assigned to them.

6. Any motorized vehicles are asked to not idle there vehicles or motorcycles or rev there engines while in formation

7. All parade entrants are to heed all instructions given by the parade marshals, WNYP staff, Volunteers, and Law Enforcement

Suggested Parking:

Parking for all participants and VIP’s will be in the lower & upper Comeau lots, although we strongly suggest walking to or carpooling to the event. Parking is limited. Town Square will be closed in the immediate area, including Neher, Tannery Brook Street and Rock City Road (during the parade).

Other areas include:

• A small Lot behind Tinker Street, on Tannery Brook (accessible by Millstream)

• Woodstock Playhouse Grass Lot (approximately 1/2 mile away)

• Cucina (approximately 1/2 mile away, cars must leave by 4pm)

• Public Lot on Rock City Road behind the Colony

• Public Lot on Rock City Road behind Graveside Variety

• Limited spots along TInker Street & Mill Hill
